Speaking of Jon Jons in the below post, got me thinking. I love Jon Jons! For those of you that don't know, Jon Jons are those adorable all in one jumpers made popular by John Kennedy Jr. in the 60's (hince the name Jon Jons). Since Mattie is my 5th son, I have collected quite a collection over the years. He even wears some that my oldest son, now 19, wore. There are a few that have held up for all 5 boys! They are really popular in the deep south. Basically that is all little boys wear down there. When I moved to NC I realized they weren't quite as popular, and it seemed boys down here never hardly wore them after 2 years old. I still buy them new and used for Mattie. To me they are like "little boy" clothes and all too soon he will be wearing "big boy clothes." They are classic, simple, timeless. I just love slipping a clean one on my little guy and him giving me a big hug. I think I'll keep my "collection" of them for my grandsons :o)
