Thanks so much for all the "getting labor started" tips. They are great and I must admit some are rather funny. I've done just about all of them at this point : ) I did see my MD yesterday and he said that I'm 3 cm. dilated, 70% effaced and -1 station. So, yay! Something is working and I'm further along going into this labor than I have been with the last 3 births. He actually did a stretch and sweep of my membranes too. Last night I ate almost a whole pineapple (of course, I had to share with my little kidos : ) I'm going to walk the mall this morning. The plan is to be induced (no pitocin, just rupture membranes) on Tues. if I don't go into labor this weekend. Oh, and supposedly the gelato shop has this grapefruit gelato that is supposed to trigger labor. I think I'll just have to go there tonight......any excuse to eat gelato. Thanks for all the prayers and support. Hopefully, I'll be holding little baby boy soon!
Praying for you and your baby.
